All Jurors need to do is be honest. Can they put aside what information/opinions they have and base a verdict only on what is presented at Trial.

Mark Redwine's trial for murdering his son Dylan is next month (starting on April 2) in La Plata County, Colorado. He did not get a change of venue and the population of La Plata County is small, only about 56,000. His case received National (maybe International) attention because it was featured on Dr. Phil a few times. When there is a trial for Gannon, I do not anticipate the defense would be able to have it moved. MOO
How much more of this can the CO taxpayers take? When it comes to the murder/disappearance of a child, you don't want to cut corners to spare expense.

OMG there have been so many that I think of all the time... Jessica Ridgeway, Dylan Redwine, Bella/Celeste/Nico Watts, Gannon Stauch.

That is so amazing what the apple watch registers. Now that I know this I doubt I will invest in one. I don't like something knowing more about me than I do :p

It’s pretty crazy what it can do. People think of it as communication or entertainment, and while it can be used that way, it’s truly health based. I also thought the technology was a little wild, but my mom is almost 70, and while she’s extremely healthy, she lives alone. My dad had a heart attack and died in his bedroom, 30 feet from my mom, who was working in crafts in the kitchen. I feel better knowing she has it and she knows just to hit the SOS button if she has a health scare, or tell Siri to do so if she’s unable to touch her watch. Also, you know, if someone were to break in or something. It also captures falls and sends info to emergency services. That’s never happened, but her stairs are steep. I feel better knowing that my mom is living alone and loving her privacy, while also knowing that I don’t have to worry about her health and safety as much.

I like it for entertainment, and I don’t realize how out of shape I was until I got it. It’s pushing me to be more active and has helped me lose weight (Close Your Rings is great). My husband thinks it’s annoying and doesn’t wear his because he doesn’t like it telling him to breathe or reminding him that he hasn’t exercised. he also believes that you shouldn’t have your phone in the bathroom, and thinks it’s gross that his boss can text him when he’s in there. LOL. I will likely be given to my son so he can contact me in case of emergency, without giving him the full smartphone because he’s way too free with his photos and information. He’s on the spectrum and has ADHD, so he’s always giving me tiny panic attacks when I can’t find him. I’d rather have the GPS on him.

I get the concerns, though, and it’s pretty crazy that during the Super Bowl, I could keep watching it on my watch in the bathroom. That was like, ok dude, technology has gone too far. I need to unplug more for sure!!!

When you watch the red truck video, she backs up and sits there approx 11 seconds.

I think she was waiting for him to come out and because he either didn't or was taking too long she went in and got him.

They both got into the truck-- I think at thay moment with her own phone she snapped a picture.

And then if you watch carefully she opens her door gets out, with her door wide open, goes back into the house.

I agree with other posters that she took her phone back in. And did not take a picture with her watch.
Great post Warwick7. I notice lots of talk about this "selfie", yet I haven't seen it. Has anyone?

I’m not caught up but I do think the search tomorrow is happening. I drove by 83 and 105 today and the mobile command unit is parked in the construction parking lot for the new high school. SE corner of 83 and 105.

You're ahead of the reporters as usual

Thanks Silverheels, is that new site larger than the other one?

Without breaking TOS regarding SM, I want to say Roderick Drayton is absolutely going to be a hero in this case, and his video evidence, time stamps, CRYSTAL CLEAR IMAGES, are going to nail a lying liar to a WALL. I don’t know if he will speak in MSM, but if he happens to be reading here, Gannon’s family and all of us here will be forever in your debt for the help you are going to provide to this case.
Moo
AMEN!!!

Oh I agree gatorage. It is a wonderful way to track your health. I know several people who have them for that very reason.

You've given me something to think about. And your mom is very lucky to have a caring daughter like you :)

He has every right to respond.
Nobody has a right to impugn upon his character integrity or reputation.
I'd be mad too. He knew Gannon and he cares about what is happening.
Yes he is emotionally invested in this

I was kidding. That's an awesome layer of safety for your grandaughter.
Thought you were, but it does kinda make you stop and think..it's like sci-fi

After sleeping on this latest interview, I'll say what I said weeks ago about TS... Guilty people offer too much information.

And when something doesn't make sense it's because it's usually not the truth. There are WAY too many inconsistencies and coincidences with her statements for this to be the truth about how things went down.

And once again one major thing stuck out to me with her latest mind-dribble... She does not plead for Gannon to be found. She doesn't mention the child who she was responsible for and went missing except to humiliate and degrade him. Although, she does once again mention how she is Stepmother of the Year by describing how she was running errands with a sick kid to buy him sports equipment and Wife of the Year because she took this long, convoluted journey to purchase her husband a bicycle. (Wouldn't he want to pick out his own bike??)

She even admits to what I would consider neglectful behavior by taking a child who, according to her:
-had an injured foot to the point that he was bleeding in the garage
-could possibly vomit any moment to the point that he needed a sick bag
-could be constipated and/ or have diarrhea
-defecated in his pants the day before

On top of all of that, she was having what should go down in history as the worst day ever:
-has a sick kid to take care of, who not only has an injured foot but also diarrhea, constipation and possible vomiting
-leased car can't be driven because of going over mileage
-forgets or left phone at home when running errands
-can't take normal route because there's an accident on the road
-gets lost taking back roads to avoid said accident
All on the same day that he stepson just happens to disappear/ runaway/ never return from a friends house.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND IT IS BEYOND TIME FOR GANNON TO COME HOME!
Where are you sweet boy??
Now take this a step further. If this is how this child lived, then this woman needs to be interrogated by Welfare Services.
Because this "ordinary day" she's describing is shopping and dragging this sick boy all over timbuktu. And NEVER taking him to the "doctors" as she said she was going to.

If the circumstances were actually true on this day (which they are not because she's lying through her teeth) there's enough information from her alone that she absolutely needs to be interrogated by Welfare Services.

One (additional) thing that really bothers me here... for all us parents out there- how many of us take selfies with our sick kids? I’m not referring to the snuggle pics where they just aren’t feeling well... I’m referring to when they have stomach flu, soiling themselves and projectile vomiting. I don’t think I ever have... actually- I’m certain I haven’t...
I also don’t think my husband would want to see those pics either... even if he’s traveling and wants to see real time what’s going on. I just wouldn’t do it.

but I’m also not a murderous monster...
Never! I do take pics of my normally overactive, fights to go to bed, 8 year old son when he’s sound asleep in the middle of the afternoon to send to my husband because that’s our 1st clue that he’s sick and hubby may have to make a stop at store on the way home to stock up on sick essentials.

Funny you should say that. I've been relating some of her behaviors to Jody Arias. But I do think Jody is smarter and crazier. LS strikes me as thinking she can outsmart and in a panic. Mostly in a panic.
I also believe that with Arias and CA, keeping a man was at the root of their decision.
Oh yes!!!! I agree...
The root of LS is pure vengeance...

MOO it matters what did the detectives told RD. The PC was after the release. I agree releasing was probably a bad idea.
I think it matters if they’re telling the public one thing about how we can expect to see them handling this case, then telling a third party to release, or it’s ok to release, what they just said is part of an investigation. It means they’re asking for the public’s confidence that only what they officially release is credible, then kicking it over to a civilian to be their voice.

I think if LE wanted the video released, they would have released it themselves. LE releases video or audio footage all the time if it services their investigation. I just don’t see them as having all these agreements with private parties. The family spokesperson said something in her relatively recent remarks about LE not even disclosing things to the family. I don’t see RD as a person that LE would be instructing about evidence releases. It now appears even more obvious that RD is having a mind of his own about releasing info. In my opinion, that’s why LE doesn’t involve civilians in their working of these cases. We tend to have big mouths and egos. JMO

I agree with you. I think it depends on the kid’s temperament and what kind of conversation skills they have been exposed to along the way. Both my kids (even the 7 year old) ask how their parents are doing, how our days went, what’s wrong etc. But I am guessing that is, at least in part?, because of what has been modeled to them. Gannon seems like a sweet kid by everyone’s account. This is heartbreaking to watch.

Yes,my boys aged 7 and 4 even ask the dog every morning "Ruby, how was your sleep?" :):D

So where is Gannon?
Let's try #FindGannon.

TS allegedly stated in interview with Crimeonline that she wore an apple watch. LE have not confirmed this.
She also threw in a route and various venues, LE have not confirmed these either by any actions they have taken or any searches they have conducted so far, to my knowledge.

  • #760
I wondered that too. I suppose you could even put it on a dog somehow. But I am not sure if she was that thoughtful and calculated about this or if she was kinda reacting in the moment and making choices on the fly. What do you all think?

I think she completely forgot about the apple watch until she started seeing sm posts pointing it out!
