Which in and of itself, indicates to me that the whole mileage thing is a red herring.

I’ve had some low mileage rentals, but nothing remotely close to single digits.

Logically it also makes no sense, as she would have had to disappear for close to a day.

No way.
Last time I purchased a brand new car that I ordered, it rolled off the transport truck with 16 miles. I find 5 miles for a rental car highly unlikely! MOO

Where is Gannon?!?!?!

Could be. Or is it just another Teeation?
Tee-ation. T-Splain. Pre-Spain. Word salad. T-speak.

I have to give the woman credit for some inspiring some creative vocabulary here.;)

I know you and I are coming up on different sides of whether we should take the mileage seriously. But I have rented cars at least 100 times in my adult career and I HAVE encountered super low mileage cars. Not saying that means this is true, I just really have a bad feeling about ruling it out given that she drove the car from full tank to empty tank at the very least.

Sorry if I sound argumentative ever though. Love the way you communicate here. Just have a gut feeling about not dismissing this mileage until we have factual reason to exclude it.:)
Arguing is my favorite thing, it ain’t personal.

These were crucial hours, and everyone was looking for this kid. I just can’t fathom she dropped off the grid for that long, and no one has said a word about it.

There’s no reason to transport a body that distance (if that’s the implication), if you never intend for it to be found. It’s incredibly risky, completely pointless, and highly unusual.

Besides that, I think she’d be behind bars by now. That car would have a damning story to tell.

Let us not forget the 🤬🤬🤬 and Go GS sighting: family had to drive there to review the video recordings to determine whether or not GS was actually in the store. It is a far drive from their home but that stopover might have been included in their drive-around while searching for GS.
It was the K&G on Fountain Mesa Road. That’s only 4 or 5 miles from their house. Sorry if this has already been addressed; trying to catch up today.

When MSM attributes quotes to a source, at least we can be fairly confident the source actually said it. On other sites and FB pages, I have literally seen people create fraudulent posts and attribute them to a person of interest just to incite drama. It’s wild. Welcome to 2020.

Very true but then again, I've seen lots of info on other pages that have turned out to be true....well according to TS's statements. For instance, the rental car, there was a pic of soiled clothing with rubber gloves....I never heard of that again until TS herself said that GS had soiled his pants.

I'm just happy that TS keeps running her mouth and giving us more to discuss here.

Now where is Gannon?

Interesting angle. I know we can’t sleuth others, but is your basic theory that she called someone close to her and said “Gannon died by accident and I am afraid to go to jail,” and they believed her and helped her cover it up.

The list of people willing to risk all that is usually very short, so if that happens to prove out, I bet LE figures it out fast.

With Dylan Redwine's case, he discovered incriminating/indecent/disgusting/pornographic photos of his dad on dad's computer. Speculation is that Dylan confronted his dad about it, and the dad overreacted physically and killed Dylan. Dad also had a financial motive as rather than Dylan's mom continuing to pay the dad child support, the dad was soon to become responsible for paying child support to Dylan's mom. So he may have been "looking for a fight" with Dylan.

So extrapolating to Gannon's case, perhaps he discovered some secret of LS's that incriminated not only her but someone else as well. So the "someone else" could have just as much motive to help hide evidence of what happened to Gannon, including hiding Gannon himself.

Forgive me if this doesn't make sense; I am exhausted, but has anyone been able to figure out or has it been reported the year of AS's truck and/or if that would be equipped with GPS tracking?

Reading through posts and noticing her saying something to the effect her vw had gps in part 2 of her interview, it clicked for me why she possibly took AS's truck. She knew her car could be tracked, but his possibly no? That's why I ask. Furthermore, the rental also makes sense if this is the case. She still maybe had evidence to dispose of and AS would have asked her why she needed his truck rather than her own vehicle to go "look" for GS once he was back. Or she knew a probable blow up with AS and LH was likely considering history and she was in no way going to have access to anything but her own vehicle once they arrived and again it has gps. So she came up with renting a car to finish handling what she needed. I have no idea on the odometer, that is an entire extra level of confusion.

Anyway, if that is the case and AS did not have GPS in his truck and she left her phone at home and possibly her watch on Monday then maybe that is why we are seeing what we are from LE. TS used the truck to hide GS, but she used the rental to dispose of more evidence. She didn't realize the rental had tracking. So they are going to all these seemingly random spots because the rental gps tracks there, but that isn't where GS is because she used a vehicle without tracking to do that. JMO. Again, extremely tired and I possibly have overlooked something or AS's truck has gps and this idea makes no sense. I feel like I have been going in circles looking at her words for hours trying to read between the lines.
We talked about his truck having GPS but I have a feeling we could not definitively confirm the model or year.. there was something about 2017... sorry can't be more specific, am a dunce with mechanics.. It's a mess for sure, you're not alone in your exhaustion if that's any consolation.

For the sake of argument, What do you make of her comments in the first back-to-the-can media interviews where she says locals are accusing her of disappearing?

But according to the paperwork, when she rented this car it had *5* miles on the odometer.
It's possible an employee keyed in the wrong number? The circumstances (as told by TS) and time frame don't make sense. Further, AS would easily be able to verify what TS has stated about the rental. Just one more detail which makes zero sense!!!

It WOULD be nice to know when her phone was taken and when she was questioned extensively. I agree with you it probably took a couple days to shift from routine runaway treatment to suspicion, even if they did initially have some misgivings.

The Cousin It interview was Friday, 31 Jan. The police questioning was Thursday, 30 Jan. I believe the neighbor's discovery of the surveillance video was Wednesday, 29 Jan, which coincided with her getting kicked out of the house.

Either is possible for sure! Could’ve been entered mistakenly or in a rush or could’ve been entered accurately. Absolutely.

What makes you say that she was kicked out on Wednesday? I don’t think I have seen the day confirmed anywhere.

Could well be.
I also wondered at the sifting snow search site whether she had connections with any of the private sites or homes in that area and I wondered whether any of them had been searched as well..
Possibly a boyfriend, possibly a fellow member of a possible nefarious group or org.. just wild speculation. We would not have noticed a search warrant being executed because there were so many of them around and the media were held well back.. JMO

It was a question posed by a journalist far as I remember. We certainly discussed it on one of the early threads here and a mod may have opined. not sure which thread.
Thanks for helping out. I have looked and looked and looked and can’t find this in any presser or journalist question. I think I saw something about her car being taken in a journalist interview, but can’t find a single mention of the rental being seized. If you find it, can you post please? Thanks!

The problem I have with TS, herself, putting the 900 plus miles on the rental is that she was never gone that long and someone/LE would know if she was. More importantly, she has not fabricated a story line to pre-explain that.
do we know for sure?
>Because < sources we can’t discuss.

I continue to be surprised at the gall of this woman to not be able to just shut up! A child is missing, he is gone, and all she can do is try to prove her innocence, try to muddy the water, try to cause drama, what the heck is wrong with her!!! ugh

Neighbor's cctv discovery was not until the Sunday morning, Feb2.
No confirmation of when she was questioned or the duration of he questioning.
She can say anything she likes right now because she knows LE will neither confirm nor deny her nonsense.

BBM.

I believe RD said he discovered the video Sat night when he couldn't sleep and showed it to AS on Sunday. I don't think the video had anything to do with TS leaving the house or exactly when she left. I think we also don't know if she was kicked out.

Wonder why this reporter feels the need to tell us we won’t hear anything unless there IS a search? Probably the public is driving the media crazy after Friday’s was postponed IMO.

Another search for #GannonStauch yesterday.

As the investigation continues - I’ll only be reporting when there IS a search, or other new info.

Stay tuned.

No searches today. It seems like @EPCSheriff will let us know when there are searches - and I will make sure to echo that info here from now on. Otherwise, if you don’t hear anything, you can assume there isn’t a search.
