Nah I think they’ve got her number particularly the FBI. Which by the way I don’t think they were part of yesterday’s search. Think I only saw a handful from a particular search team. So where r those FBI agents searching these days. I wonder...
They can handle her, nobody better. They're well versed in all her ways, even those we know noting about.
I wonder if there is any chance the case could be prosecuted as a federal case?
That would put the DP on the table.
Just sayin' ?
National security and all that...?

That's possible. But TS is quoted in the same article talking about "Al's truck" so I don't know if she sees them all the same. Also, is it usual for a husband and wife to have both names on car titles? I've not seen it done that way.
I meant on hers and her daughter’s. Although I suppose she could refer to any family vehicle she drives as “hers,” I take her to mean she drove the VW SUV to the airport.

Or if he was moved across state lines maybe? Not sure how those charges would pan out.

I never needed her disastrous, lie filled interviews and statement in order to believe she did something nefarious.

That alleged Google search, the fact that Gannon hadn’t been spotted, and law enforcement’s posture, said it all from early on.

One thing in particular cinched it for me; the video.

Even if one were to argue that Gannon returned home, TS’ latest interview all but confirms that he did not, and the video shows what it shows.

Why? Because she is now claiming the video is from a different day. She needs that video to prove that Gannon did make it back, and she has found herself being forced to lie about it.

Because she knows it shows no such thing. She’s not even arguing about “shadows” anymore, because it’s a lost cause.

Add in everything else, and she looks guiltier than Watts and Frazee combined.

And I thought there was no one guiltier than them.

I know she did it, law enforcement knows she did it, and it’s all about proving it. I have no doubt they will.

I honestly thought nothing could be more transparent than CW’s actions as he sat with the sheriff watching the neighbor’s surveillance footage. Then I saw the LS backwards interview.

I wonder how things went when AS walked back home after viewing RD’s video. Perhaps he didn’t even walk back home and stayed with LE. I bet they hauled her butt right in to ‘talk’.

I think a few folks here may have missed something when they keep offering up the idea that Gannon might have been abducted. I don’t mean this in any condescending way, there’s a lot of info going on here, so it would be easy to miss.

The only time I can think of when LE responded to one of the step mother’s crazy posts is right after she encouraged everyone to think of suspicious cars.

They said there is no threat to the community. That was meaningful to me. I live in this community and I have kids. I also know they have so much more information than we do. It’s almost an insult to Law Enforcement keep saying he might have been abducted considering how little we actually know of this case when they seem pretty confident that isn’t the case.

This is from the article from Yahoo and People:

However, in response to Stauch’s statement, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says authorities currently have no reason to believe the boy was kidnapped.

“Right now there is no threat to the community as far as this case goes,” El Paso County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Sgt. Deborah Mynatt tells PEOPLE. “We don’t have those specifics to put out there [yet], and we haven’t done so. There’s reasons for that and we just can’t go into those details.”

She adds, “We are really trying to also ensure that the community knows if there was a threat of some sort of public safety statement, if there was an abduction of some sort, if that information was revealed to us … we would absolutely put that out.”

Now, maybe you read that and you think they are wrong. Fair enough.

Just wanted to say they aren’t looking in that direction for what they feel are good reasons.

Again, no disrespect intended for those who think otherwise, I’m just not buying it in a million years.

I was taking about her car and her daughter’s. It does seem like she calls his vehicle the truck when she mentions it.

Oh, ok. It seemed a number of posts were questioning whether she could have driven the truck to the airport on the car rental day...guess I got confused. Sorry!

Interstate commerce, use of car or mobile phone, simple as that

I vote "her car" = VW SUV. Clear to me.

I think most people agree with you. They are just being polite to acknowledge there’s an outside chance that this thing goes off the rails and surprises everyone when the truth comes out. But it seems to me that most (def not all tho!) people here suspect LS more than they suspect any other explanation.

Yeah. I said the same thing earlier in the thread. I think she could use the term “my car” to refer to any car titled to her name.

I think for most people, saying "my car" would mean the one they drive on a regular basis, even if they own or have their name on more than one.

Hubby's name is on his car and mine, but he rarely drives mine, and he'd never refer to mine, as "his car".

If someone asked him about "his car" he'd 100% be talking about the car he always drives.

Same with my daughter and myself - my name is on her car, but I'd never say "my car" referring to the car she drives, that I bought for her, and that I almost never drive myself.

So, all that to say, even though she lies like a rug, I think in this case it might be safe to say "her car" is the one she normally drives.

I remember you too! I was on both threads as Dylansmom34. I no longer have my email for that account and forgot my password. Glad to see you here!
That's right you did say that earlier. I forgot your new name lol. Good to be back with ya's.

yes, was just trying to give the idea that SM seems to want everyone to believe a chance to be discussed but I don't believe it for a minute, not one second....I truly believe that Gannon is gone by her hands and her hands only!

I also think that most people who allow room for kidnapping still believe it would involve TS but perhaps w an accomplice. But sometimes when LE says there is no threat it makes zero sense (like in the Delphi case - someone slaughtered two kids and wasn’t caught?! high alert! but I digress)....they haven’t released enough info in this case for me to know either way.

Good evening all. Just catching up since this morning. Seems still not much movement on information from LE. However, the whole lease thing boggles me. I've leased several vehicles. The price she paid for the rental is significantly more that what she may have paid in over mileage for the term of her lease. The rental thing doesn't make common sense. I could see if she was planning a trip to like Florida or something...sure, rent a car with unlimited mileage. But just to pick up your husband...c'mon!!! Just from a financial standpoint it was absurd....but then again she give's back of the head interviews and takes selfies with a phone she left at home....maybe she's a time-traveler.

She is 100% baiting AS. She wants a certain level of attention, and I bet she’s not getting it. So now she’s dragging him in publicly. I feel so much for anyone who has to deal with her directly.

moo

I can not imagine what he’s been feeling about her... so sad! She’s definitely baiting him but I would guess LE has strongly advised he just keep calm, let it go and hopefully the circus will point the way to his poor boy. She is evil incarnate.

I'm not clear about what was implied with the statement”But, we also may have seen or heard other media elements of GS. Those media elements cause great concern, and tilt the likelihood toward a nefarious possibility.” Would you help enlighten me? tyia

That wasn’t in my post. Perhaps this is meant for OP?

Both pickup and return have been blocked out, without notice of retraction (which journalists are supposed to do - they never completely disown things they've written, they just admit mistakes...)

However, many of us saw or downloaded the original. There's now a discrepancy between what TS originally released (unredacted version) and what crimeonline is saying about her pickup/dropoff points.

Note that this is a tried and true tactic used to divide the public/audiences. '

Also, there's no mention anywhere on crimeonline of what car TS took to the airport. And now the crimeonline article reports a different place of pickup than that listed on the original receipt.
So is the document a fake, or is the Crime Online report wrong?

Succinct.

It's now a matter of time. Just how much time may depend on recovery.

Yep - or even "known to be used by me."

This is an interesting linguistic device - wouldn't be notable if it were the only time it happened. And it is paralleled by actual social interactions as well (was she or wasn't she at fault in the forfeiture of her SC license? she has definitely muddied that up).

Was she or wasn't she at the vigil? Did she or didn't she receive help/support from Restoration Church? She knows which stores have been mentioned as potential stops in her shopping trip, so of course, she doesn't mention that one - she mentions 2 others.
