Even if he heard something, he still went to dad first. Whatever made dad cry was personal to dad and not overtly criminal to the neighbor. Altho enough for the neighbor to take action.

Maybe there is something relating to the identity of the car(s), something from the past, that made the father melt, realizing a great deception was taking place.

Does, the home belong to the father? I would think he would allow them to search the house without a warrant.

I think that they will probably be crossing their T’s and dotting I’s. Follow the rules so nothing can come up as a technicality if there is a trial.

So many are pulling for Gannon I keep refreshing the page and Googling for updates, etc. Looking for any indications of him being found, not knowing what is taking so long and what LE is doing behind the scenes...this is so very hard for us, here, I can not even begin to imagine what his parents and loved ones are feeling. I'm so appreciative of you and other locals being here. It is so helpful.

The neighbor’s remarks about sound could be anything from the garage door opening to the car door alerting when it was opened. He specifically referenced the garage. I can’t imagine that he simply noticed the absence of people coming and going over time, as some have suggested.

There may be a capture of Gannon compromised or in distress. If my child was visible in any video such as this and he soon after went missing, I would break down too. I think it’s also possible that there could have been a tote or some other indication of foul play and transfer. Whatever he saw, it was remarkable and damning. The crime lab doesn’t show up with gloves and evidence bags because the child isn’t seen coming or going, or an adult got in a vehicle.

A sidebar: The temperature dropped very dramatically and we will have snow ongoing for several days,, with some periodic sun, but this couldn’t be a worse turn with respect to finding him, as far as difficult roads, terrain. The Springs is still under advisory. I guess things all depend on where he is, if he’s enclosed, or, whether or not pressure and evidence shown to the responsible party compels a location admission. Hope someone else ‘breaks down’ and spills it. But some people swear they don’t know anything all the way to prison.

That's really interesting, so they have been married nearly 5 years, or 5 years if they got married in January, but the boy (and his sister?) didn't come live with them until 2 years ago. SM said the boy has lived with them for 2 years. Before that presumably the household was sm, daughter and bd, looks like.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING revealed in what MSM released. I believe it's so crucial it will be used in conjunction with evidence collected by CSI and electronic tracking in court.

IMO, if I saw something, and it was regarding a friend of mine, I might be apt to show my friend first and then go to the police, thinking that they might prefer to hear bad news first from a friend rather than someone they don’t know.

The 9 year old sister is full sister, SM step daughter. Another child to BM and BD
The 17 year old is GS step sister. SM daughter from previous relationship.

We have 4 or 5 disposal companies that pick up in my neighborhood. We get to choose. Pickup days on my street are Tuesday thru Friday depending on the company. Being that Lorson Ranch is a newer neighborhood, with a covenant, I believe, they may be restricted in who they can use. But I saw early on on FB that there were at least 2 mentioned for that neighborhood.

I tried to find out trash day and had no luck.

How is the father controlling himself in the same household (assuming he saw evidence of a crime)? I can say that if my child was missing and the neighbor showed me video evidence that someone harmed them there would be a second homicide a few minutes later.
