Wait...Gannon cut his foot on something in the garage (conveniently it was Albert’s tool) and she decided to bandage him up on the tailgate of the truck?? With what medical supplies? Who here stores the necessities in their garage? Why wouldn’t she bring him into the house? My instinct would be to bring the child to a sink to clean the wound. But that’s just me.
I just posted the same thing. Logistically, the movements don't make any sense.

If he left in a car, Then why aren't the police searching farther out and why are they searching ponds? Why is there no Amber Alert? Description of a vehicle?

Not that I believe anything she sells either but to play Devils advocate for a min, my 18 year old son was just out on the driveway BAREFOOT in the middle of a snowstorm. I was appalled and questioned him. He simply said he was fine and would go inside soon. His feet were red, swollen and scratched from the ice in the 15 min he was running around “skating”. Boys will be boys sometimes.
The difference is that your 18 year old is an adult and responsible for his own actions. If your 11 year old child was outside barefoot in a snowstorm with red, swollen, feet you would be held responsible. A clear case of child neglect.

I disagree.
Arrest her and put the DP on the table.
It's too late if he is dead and it's probably too late if he was alive at some point too.
Zero tolerance.
The death penalty isn't likely to be followed through here in Colorado...

For all you parents out there, if your kid got cut and bled in the garage, would you bandage him up in the garage? Or would you bring him into the bathroom to clean the wound, have access to bandages, etc. Wouldn't you take him somewhere cleaner than the garage?

Sounds like she bandaged him up in the garage, which just doesn't ring true. I've bandaged plenty of injuries as a mom - and if a wound is bleeding, the kid is getting washed under running water.

We try to get the bleeding under control somewhat, then go inside & rinse it off. If bleeding stops, we put antibiotic cream on it, then bandage. If bleeding doesn’t stop & we can see it is deep, I sit in the back seat with my kiddo & keep pressure on the wound as we drive to the clinic. MOO

May today be the day Gannon comes home.

Who's here for Gannon?

She didn't say she put him on a truck or tailgate, she said car. I wondering if this is why the police wanted the keys to the car when they were at Marshall's.

Well, now we know what might be in the backback TS appears to have over her shoulder when captured on camera walking to the truck -- blood evidence.

The sentence about his cut foot because because is one of the most poorly constructed sentences and explanations I've ever read. He cut his foot because Albert has tools?

Oh, how I wish LE could inventory everything missing from the home. Towels? Clothing? Just how much blood?

What did Gannon wear hiking? The same thing he supposedly went missing in? But not what we was wearing to go "shopping"? Where are THOSE pants? They appear to be track pants with a strip down the side....

Pure speculation but is it possible that a distraught and desperate Gannon tried to harm himself and TS covered that up, TO PROTECT HER IMAGE? Maybe a bath, some towels, his clothes... could his wrists have been bandaged hence the difficulty some of us see, getting into the truck? If she had to keep Gannon from talking, she'd have been desperate to disappear him.

What the H happened in that house Sunday night????? I think TS was engaged in a MASSIVE COVERUP because, whatever it was, it WAS BAD FOR HER.

LE has been very quiet but I won't be surprised if they found what they were looking for underwater. TS won't be able to explain that away.

I fear the details will be even worse than we've imagined.

I've got a couple of those too. Married to one too.

But, I still don't believe her story.

If my kids and I were working on stuff and someone got cut there is a good chance that I would take care of it outside. We have first aid kits in a few places and we are a tough, outdoorsy family. Some things just get cleaned with spit and a band aid slapped on them. if the video showed Gannon getting out of the car why would the police not have stated that if for no other reason than to cut down on the SM being threatened and harassed?
Hiking on a cut foot seems painful, tho

From the stepmom's statement...."I explained to them and provided evidence. They had information about G having the key to go out the side gate. Last they have more in-depth details that go along with this pointing to who sent the person or why he may have come. Again, I repeat they have had this Initially and I was asked to keep quiet about it so they could have the best shot at doing their job and bringing G home. The last thing that they needed was a hindrance to their investigation."

And yet, she spoke out about what she was asked to keep quiet. In fact, being a hindrance to the investigation. I don't understand this woman.

I think she is trying to hint that the bio mom sent someone to get Gannon and hide him? (MOO). Initially the story was he was going to visit a friend but he did not tell her who. Now, he snuck out the side gate and they have an idea of who he left with? I really don't know what to believe,
Does she realize that she isn't doing a good job of making herself look less guilty? If she is truly innocent I feel bad for her but my gosh. I thought she had a lawyer.

I'm thinking this woman is really dangerous. Her grip on reality has slipped if she thinks anyone is going to believe the unbelievable excuses she has made to contradict the evidence LE must have. <modsnip> JMO

We have a sink in our garage, but in winter the water is turned off. If it weren't so cold, I could see trying to hose things off or use that to prevent making a mess in the house.

I would be more concerned about tetanus if my child stepped on a metal tool hard enough to get a bleeding cut. I definitely would have contacted a Drs office for professional advice on how to handle that. In any event, anything she says happened on Saturday would have to be corroborated by his younger sister - no way does one of my children get an injury and the other doesn't know about it.

LS is giving us her side while there is an information void and is hoping that it is believed or becomes the narrative in some people's minds. LE will never give the full picture until a trial is underway (as is required to prevent prejudice).

While I'm on the other side of the World in Australia...
....I'm HERE FOR GANNON

Wow.............this is the pause before she pulls out of the driveway. Unbelievable.

"There was also proof from my phone that we had taken a selfie in the truck in our driveway that was time stamped. We always send pictures to Albert when we are out and about or when he is away. "

Exclusive: Gannon Stauch’s stepmother releases statement about boy’s disappearance
Her mind: here is a picture to help my narrative.

My mind: She is likely sending a picture that will be the last picture of Gannon alive that his dad will ever see. :(

She sprinkles meaningless details to obscure the gist of what she is doing, as someone mentioned above, it's an excuse for finding blood, getting out without cameras detecting, etc. You know it could have been blood left on a tool she is covering for, some table saw with sharp legs, or pieces of metal left below. It could have been lawn tools, like an edger or shovel. So we're thinking maybe he left bloody footprints but maybe its on the tool.

Also wouldn't little sis have been around?

If his foot was bleeding and I didn't want him to track blood through the house I might run in and get the stuff to do it in the garage. It would depend on the severity of the injury.
Also interesting, she says the car, not the truck. Maybe her daughter's car, the one the police took at "gunpoint".
I wonder if she is insinuating that there is blood between the garage and gate or if she mentioned that just to plant the seed that he could have left that way without being captured on camera.
