It's frustrating because it really made no difference, not even a tiny bit of difference, that the juror had a relative in the DA's office.Will Eguardo make an appearance in the new trial? Seriously, what exactly will change this time? The facts are still the facts, the evidence stays strong. IMO I understand what overturned the verdict but nothing else changes. What a waste. Letecia continues to make it all about herself. JMO
It wasn't like it was a close case with a 50/50 chance of acquittal. Even if a juror had a son-in-law working in the public defenders office, it wouldn't have mattered one bit. The facts were so damaging to this vile defendant's case.
It's devastating that Gannon's loved ones have to do this all over again. I feel so sorry for the 2 sister's - bio and step.
