Thank you. I can't see anything on that video but maybe others can.
Yw. I’m able to zoom in on the screen and (blurry as it is) see the little girl.
Even when LS posted the video, there wasn’t much to “see”.
The audio is clear as a bell though. Imo
I don’t hear anything about hitting an eye.

Today I'm listening to the phone calls (as opposed to just reading the tweets here) and man oh man, I want to pull my hair out after less than 10 minutes. Letecia's soooo screechy and strident - every little thing she says she says it like she's urging Al into a storm cellar during an F2 tornado. IOW, everything is urgent and earth-shattering. She yells instead of talking.

I could never, ever be her friend let alone be married to her. How did she manage to snag Al?
All the yada yada yada …..made me want to scream. She gave me a headache.

Took a while to find an approved source- and it’s pretty dark.
I slowed it down and grabbed a couple of screenshots.
I can see the stripe on the side of pants leg.

T is careful to back in.

Could Gannon be in the bed of the truck?

Maybe that's where the wood-that-flew-out came from. If Gannon had burns, a skull fracture and been vomiting, T may very well have planned to leave him along a road somewhere (forever to claim she didn't kill him).... so.... could she have had him in the bed of the truck? It would explain why there was no definitive video of him exiting the vehicle....

She definitely said wood flew out of the truck. As it does. Whole sheets of particle board.

'Nother reason T bailed on the house? So no one could identify which clothes of hers were notably missing. Made a huff of leaving over LH being there... but that was IMO just the blame game. Excuse to leave. Because she still had a lot of hiding behind her hair to do.

I hope, in all this horror, T didn't force a badly burned boy into a tub with bath salts.

Her judgment, start to finish, chaotic, cruel, inhumane, unhuman.

Eta: that link does not have the Roderrick Drayton surveillance cam video. Sorry! It seems like it has been removed from all the MSN articles. o_O
IMO, the only difference I see in all of the links (which quote RD) is that RD's name was removed from the face as seen on still shots but it's still labeled Xfinity. I think once RD sold the video, only his name was deleted.

Neighbor Roderrick Drayton told ABC News that after the search for Gannon intensified late last week, he decided to search through the footage his system recorded from the day Stauch was reported missing.

I watched this again. It took another bite out of me.

Her self-absorption is gigantic. How a lifeform couldn't respond to the acute suffering in front of her, it's ... there are no words. That's hellsbreath.

And the leap -- from whatever had transpired to we're going to lose the house. We'll be homeless and it'll be your fault. O. M. G. That's insane. She's not, but that is. And then to pin that on a child? That's unforgivable.

If Gannon had done something, if he'd done anything (and I don't believe he did, I believe she did), that's when you tell a child, it's okay, it's all going to be okay. Objects don't matter. No carpet, not couches, only people matter and we are going to take care of you...

Not T. She puts the weight of eviction on his tiny shoulders, on top of his bubbling burns, so bad his skin and fingernails are peeling off. Hellsbreath. There is no other word.

Special place in hell for people like T. Except that hell-don't-want-her. T scares the hell out of hell.

I think she left her phone there. To make it look like she was there the whole time.

Fortunately being an idiot and not thinking straight isn't the same as insane.

I thought about this also. What if she left her phone at home and took Gannon's phone and maybe the switch too to make it look like he was out there alone, maybe to stage it so it seemed he ran away much earlier in the day, but whatever she was planning took too long and then she had to be home for Laina to get home from school, so she scrapped that plan and did whatever she ended up doing as kind of "plan b" we are going to find out soon.

I really think it's a glimpse into her thinking. It's just disordered. Like there was no plan and simultaneously all the plans and all of them bad. Just chaotic thinking.

And just hours before, she was crying at the Garden of the Gods, making a celebrity tragedy all about her and who was there, to give her genuine comfort for her faked miscarriages but sweet Gannon.

He has love in his heart.

She had hell's teeth in hers.

Those 12 hours, which was likely 6 or 8, the kids would have been asleep. His moms flight was late in the evening. Were the kids supposed to be up at late night to see their dad? Come on.
I feel nothing for LS. So she felt beat up that he was leaving once again? They had problems for at least two years before. She could have left any time. Laina and Gannon were not her children. She could have asked his mom to take over. Or called their mom.
But she chose to beat, shoot, stab and kill Gannon. Ugh.
I don't feel anything for Letecia either not sure what you mean there.
This wasn't just about the kids though.....but yeah for sure my kids would be allowed up late to hang with their dad that they hardly seen.
His wife is his family too.
And you better believe it, my husband would sacrifice 4 hours sleep (drive time) to spend 6 hours ( 2 if thats all allowed even) in bed with me then on a concrete floor.

She knew it too....That he was done with her.

But Al never thought the kids where at risk with her.
That part surprises me....because he verbalises a few times that her lying and scheming was never ending. He also has stated that she reckoned Gannon came at her with a knife. Which I think tells us she was in fact involving the kids and he should have seen them as endangered. :-(

But as I said in previous post no doubt Al beats himself up on reflection constantly.

Can the witnesses; when testifying, or ever, see her mouthing occasional words or making physical gestures? Or just the jury??

I imagine they can see her, because at various points the witnesses on the stand get asked to identify the defendant and they have to for the record. AS did.

I agree witnesses would have to be able to see the defendant and vice versa. But most witnesses who have received preparation for testifying look towards the jury or at least at the person asking the questions when testifying, not at the defendant. So I doubt witnesses, at least adult witnesses, will be rattled by her mouthing words or shaking her head during their testimony. LS may be more extreme than some but an awful lot of defendants do things like that during testimony from state witnesses. A difference here is that jurors are able to ask questions and a juror asked about LS's behavior. (Not all states allow jurors to ask questions but it is apparently required in Colorado Can Jurors Ask Questions During Trials?)

Which would indicate to me, forethought, premeditation and thinking through one’s actions.

It is not someone in the throws of a psychotic (insane) episode.

But then again, if they are sticking with their DID narrative, maybe one of her personalities is responsible for thinking things through. Leticia likes to blame others for her deeds so this would fit into her wheelhouse perfectly.

She’s not insane, never was and still is not. She’s a loon for sure. A sick one at that, but definitely not an insane lunatic.

Hi Everyone,
(PLEASE DO NOT DISCUSS DONATIONS ON THIS THREAD. CLICK HERE FOR DISCUSSION)
Websleuths is very expensive to run. Most months we make enough to pay for the server, pay the IT guy, and a bit of money left over for me for some bills or food. This way I can keep Websleuths free for everyone.
There are months when this is not the case.
I recently pre-paid the server fee and almost all I owed our IT guy. I knew the money coming in for the month from advertising would not cover the bills but I thought I had another revenue stream coming in so I wasn't worried. That revenue stream didn't happen.

Basically, I need donations to cover the server and what I owe the IT and a bit extra for my groceries.

I have provided Websleuths free for almost 20 years (since 2004) and will do my best to keep Websleuths free for members and visitors.

This month we need 2700 dollars to keep Websleuths running. I don't know what next month's ad dollars will be. Hopefully, you won't be hearing from me.

Let me stress if you cannot afford a donation please do not send anything. I understand times are hard.

When we reach our goal I will announce it and stop accepting donations. It is urgent however that we raise the money as fast as possible.

Please use PayPal Pay Websleuths.com, LLC using PayPal.Me

They can see it because they asked the judge if they are to pay attention to her actions at the table or ignore it. The judge said he and the attorneys would discuss it over lunch and respond. I didn't hear or see that they did answer the question to the jury yet.
