I would prefer that T have to see what she's done. She can hide behind her hair and hand all she wants, but we see you, T.

Horrid what you did.

The defendant should be made to look at those photos and what she did to that innocent boy. Grrrrrr.

#LETECIASTAUCHTRIAL DAY FOUR: Day four is starting with Kelly Smith, a crime scene technician for Santa Rosa County Sheriff's office.

Smith got called on March 17th 2020 to the bridge for suitcase with body found.

When Smith got first briefing from Detective Yoder, she heard they had found a suitcase with a body under the bridge.

Dent in olive green suitcase led CSI tech Smith to believe it was thrown from over the bridge down.

Smith took photos of the scene under the bridge. They are going to submit them into evidence.

Allen: Was it apparent to you when you got on scene that there was decomposition? Smith: Yes, because of the coloring of the suitcase and the bug activity

Says inside of the suitcase was very wet. She says it is common with decomposition.

Smith was present for autopsy for Gannon done in Pensacola.

Picture of bullet extracted from Gannon's head and plastic pieces that she understands as part of the bullet. These were recovered in the autopsy.

Smith is pointing to the pillow found in suitcase. There's an Xray done of the pillow and there's two projectiles/bulled found inside of the pillow.

So, we are hearing about three bullets in total: 2 found in the pillow, one in Gannon's head.

Autopsy was conducted on March 18th, 2020, the day after Gannon's body was found.

I didn't know some bullets have plastic attached to them. That seems odd to me.

Looks like defense is trying to stop the photos of the autopsy being shown. No surprise.

What's the kerfuffle here? Defense objecting to autopsy photos?

One excluded for a reason (cumulative?), everything else entered into evidence. Good.

Every. Single. Defect. That lines up with a wound on his shirt. So, so many. And presumably there were many to his hands, which would not be shown on the shirt.
