I imagine they can see her, because at various points the witnesses on the stand get asked to identify the defendant and they have to for the record. AS did.

MOO
Thank you.

I really wish that Leticia could be stuffed into the suitcase just to show that a human body will fit.............

Remember at first, when we couldn't decide if he came home with her in the truck and we thought maybe he died, from her hurting him the night before, in the truck and she dumped him? That she might have panicked and not meant to kill him?.

And now we know better :(
And now we know worse.

It doesn't get worse than this.

You can see it on the faces of the witnesses, the attorneys, Al.

Meanwhile she looks bored.

Ice cold.

He left the house, riding in the back driver's side seat.

He must have been in the front passenger seat or the truck bed when he returned.

She had him get out of the car somewhere.

Gives me chills.

No mention of underwear/boxers.

Unthinkable injuries, cruel headgames, actually torture.

His blood was on the stairs IIRC... did she stab him before they returned home?

That poor child, he couldn't get away.

JMO

There was a photo of soiled boxer shorts thrown in the snow around the area she had been driving, we never knew if they were related, although I would speculate that it was a huge coincidence.
I would like to know if he was found with underwear. I could see him soiling himself whilst they were out being the catalyst for her rage upon returning home.

All speculation and JMO

Feeling so very sad for Gannon's entire family. Especially his parents. :(

She really does look bored. It's insulting. I wish the judge could hold her in contempt for it! (I know he can't, bet he probably wishes he could too!)

Prosecution calling up Florida Department of Law Enforcement Analyst Trevor Seifert as next witness.

He does DNA analysis. Is a senior analyst.

He's analyzed well over 8,000 DNA samples and worked on hundreds of cases. He is testifying as an expert in the field of DNA analysis for this trial.

He says DNA is stable in dry and cold environments when it's out in the open on hot, humid, wet or damp environments, DNA degrades rapidly.

He received swabs from inside of the cheeks of Gannon and a card with a blood sample.

Based on the condition of these samples, he could tell it was decomposing body. Wasn't surprised the samples didn't give him enough to make a DNA profile because of how deteriorated Gannon's body was when found. He had to get samples from Gannon's rib bone to do more DNA testing.

Had to go back to the bone, had to break the bone and get marrow. Went back another time and took physical pieces of the bone and did a longer process, with that could get a partial DNA profile.

There was DNA profile for Gannon already created by Metro Crime Lab in Colorado Springs. They matched the DNA profile created with Gannon's rib in Florida.

No cross examination from defense.
