Now, on the stand is witness, Dr. Leon Kelly, Coroner and Chief Medical Examiner. (and was in January 2020) He approved the body being sent to El Paso county, as he had experience in working with remains with a high degree of decomposition. He's talking about the femur ball and how it contains bone blood. Submitted that DNA to the lab to identify the remains.

Poor smell being discussed now. :( Leave a steak out, it'll start to smell.

Ganstine was then cross examined by the defense, and was asked if he was qualified as an expert in mental health or diseases, to which he said, “no.”
We knew that question was coming.

Is defense attempting to turn HH into an accessory? Is that what we're hearing?

The next witness called to the stand is Dr. Leon Kelly, the El Paso County coroner, and chief medical examiner.

Dr. Kelly spoke about when he became involved in the criminal investigation of Gannon Stauch’s murder. He said the medical examiner’s office in Florida weren’t able to definitively identify Gannon, so Dr. Kelly's office helped, and were able to positively identify Gannon.

Edit: Had to delete original post, no link.

Great, add 'contributing to the delinquency of a minor' to LS's charges, or something like.

Today I'm listening to the phone calls (as opposed to just reading the tweets here) and man oh man, I want to pull my hair out after less than 10 minutes. Letecia's soooo screechy and strident - every little thing she says she says it like she's urging Al into a storm cellar during an F2 tornado. IOW, everything is urgent and earth-shattering. She yells instead of talking.

I could never, ever be her friend let alone be married to her. How did she manage to snag Al?

Sometimes, in relationships we live in a little "dream cocoon" living the relationship like our fantasy, and rejecting anything that doesn't match the dream. It doesn't make sense. It is the only explanation I have for being married to a narcissistic psychopath for 20 years. I just pretended to be some fantasy wife and mother. Rejecting anything that didn't match that "perfect life". Until finally, something so crazy happens, you can't push it away. Fortunately, none of my children were killed.

Dr. Kelly was a likeable witness. Moo

This judge runs a tidy court.

The prosecution is doing an exemplary job presenting the evidence.

I knew she wanted to throw her daughter under the bus. Waiting for it.

I'm sure if Samuel Beckett was still alive he'd think it was a great inspiration for something.

Oh, T's pants-stuffing interview. I hope there's footage.

Not exact wording. Just trying to catch what is being said and bring it here.

This witness did see Letecia. How was her demeanor? She was evasive. She was upset, but not like you would expect for a person with a missing child. Objection overruled.

I know parents usually look for their child, etc., but Ms. Stauch was more upset about herself.

This judge knows his stuff. So precise, concise, yet conversational.

I am however imagining him with a guitar and crooning. I say that with 100% respect.
