Prosecution is recalling Al Stauch, Gannon's father and Letecia Stauch's husband at the time of Gannon's death.
Al says during woodworking, he cut off part of his finger in the past. He was given a hydrocodone prescription directly related to the finger injury. Kept it in his nightstand. Didn't finish the prescription.
Al says the prescription was hidden in nightstand. Only he and Letecia knew where they were. Al said he would never give Gannon Hydrocodone.
Prosecution calling next witness FBI Special Agent Andrew Cohen
Cohen is serving as an advisory witness in this case. It is probable he will be called up to the stand multiple times in this trial.
Cohen says isn't easy to get wire taps approved by a judge, because people's right to privacy is so important. They need to prove that they have tried a number of different avenues and they weren't effective and show reason for why wire tap would be important in the case.
Wire tap was used in this case. Cohen said Letecia Stauch had her original phone seized by police shortly after reporting Gannon missing. He says she purchased another phone at a Walmart in Trinidad, Colorado.

A number of wiretapped calls were recorded from Feb 18th, 2020 and are admitted into evidence.

Third wiretap her calling
http://fakepolygraph.com again. She says it has been more than 15 minutes and she still hasn't gotten the report. The man on the phone tells her because of the questions she had asked, the report has been blocked by management. She asks for a refund.
Fourth wiretap, Letecia calling
http://fakepolygraph.com. Man on the phone had told her on call three, she wouldn't be refunded because of the questions she put in for. She's saying she submitted questions about infidelity and that should be covered.
