This is just so sad.

This was how Gannon left his house...

I find some consolation in this: Gannon is telling his story. Every single lie T told is being exposed.

She threw away a child. So her husband don't be mad at her. So her husband don't kick her out.

I can't wait to be done with her.

Such a good, succinct summary of "motive."

I think of her as being like one of those many people during the gold rush, who were willing to fight, kill and lie to stake a claim in what they thought would be the Motherlode. AS was her ticket to a certain kind of life (she even manipulated events to move him out of Alaska, where he had really wanted to be stationed). She stole from him. She pretended to be a good caretaker of his children, but it was all an act built to cover her basic ruthlessness.

I believe she basically set Gannon on fire at some point, given her garbled account. He is in pain from the burns, we hear him speak about it (WHY did she make that video? Because she's sadistic and prefers sadistic methods to all others, because she has found she can work it so that she gets her way and her sadistic pleasure).

Then she realizes she is going to lose her meal ticket. She has apparently lost her (temporary?) job at the local school and is applying to airlines. (What? How does that make sense with her Ed.D. and her Amazing Intelligence? She's smarter than the principal at the school - so why isn't she applying for administration jobs in schools? That's what her supposed degree was for).

Having nothing to lose (she's really messed up big time), she blames her victim for "making her do it."

IMO.

I wonder what the attorney is talking about with Letecia.

Jury coming back. CSI Christian Liewer still on the stand.

Liewer explains that his camera shutter was malfunctioning resulting in useless images, so they went to swabbing directly rather than trying over and over to get a Bluestar reaction and diluting the potential samples. Primarily switched to 'not[ing] and swab[bing]' areas.

So Gannon's room abutted the storage room in the basement? Was his the only bedroom down there?

I really like this guy…..he does such a good job walking the jury thru everything. I really wish I could tame my anger of this woman as it continues to grow.

IIRC two bedrooms. Gannon's and HH's.

We're seeing Gannon's room, now, by which time it was a different day and the witness had a camera that was operating correctly. Showing Bluestar reaction on the wall. Cut the carpet up because of reaction, observed staining. Then the padding, then showing the concrete below. Staining on every layer, getting redder the deeper down they go. Showing additional possible bloodstains on another area of the carpet. :(

Explaining that Bluestar is NOT used on visible bloodstains, only invisible ones to reveal their presence. Visible bloodstains are collected as evidence immediately for further testing.

CSI Liewer is identifying the sections of carpeting cut out as evidence. They're large and unwieldy.

No, I think, but not sure, that Harley's was down in the basement, too. Laina's was upstairs.

Jury was just shown a section of the carpet.

 That is a very distinct stain. The Witness is asked to actually walk by the jury to show the piece of carpet that is seen on the exhibit. Showing the carpet, padding and underside. Also showing People's Exhibit 504, the actual piece of carpet, all sides. Moving on, now looking an electrical outlet. He says you can see very faint stains on the outlet cover, on the bottom.

I'd love to know what book her attorney is reading.

Was also looking for possible projectile defects. Did not find those, but did find the bloodstains.

Small defect in the window sill, recorded as possibly being of interest.

Now, on to the electrical socket/outlet cover.

There is visible staining on the edges of the outlet. There was a Bluestar reaction when they sprayed the corner.

Tooks swabs from the sockets themselves, rather than removing them, due to possible electrical hazard.
