Why do I feel like this will only make her do it more?
She has already shown leading up to the trial she isn't trying to be there. (Remember judge issued an order that they can use any means to get her there)
Listen, it's a treat for her to be in the courtroom rather than sit in a holding cell all day. She better behave herself from now on. If she's on some kind of medication, then they need to up that dosage. Maybe she thinks if she gets thrown out, then she can squawk about unfairness... you know she's always looking to put the blame on somebody else.
She was very active today, feeling spry with her clean hair-- semi-flirting and laughing like she's at a social gathering. She's been using all kinds of hand signals, I saw head nods and shakes, too. It takes attention away from the witness testimony and is disruptive. It appears she is sending messages towards the Jury Box, and thinks she can refute what witnesses are saying. Viewers are watching on various channels, and one explained they saw a hand signal that means "wrong", as in they got it wrong.
.. her 'diagnosis' possibly have allowed for an exception to be made?
Either that or the judge or Michael Allen have not yet spotted it..
I don't know.
Judge is going to think about it over the weekend and go over all Juror 12's questionnaire, etc., I know Defense wants her out, but not sure how she knew the witness was all that big a deal. I didn't really hear how Juror 12 knew the witness except from a church gathering. I have to try to find posts on that.
I hate hate hate that awful woman! I’m sorry, I try to lead with love here but what she did to Gannon has taken me to a dark dungeon of despicable contempt for that thing. I didn’t realize it was gonna be this hard. I wish she’d never left Robeson, NC. Can we go back in time and chain her to their water tower?
She requested a jury trial on this one too, she won’t be winning this one like she played her last trial:
We can’t fix this evil in our society. There are just too many out there. But they certainly deserve the harshest punishment. I feel like you feel. We will never forget Gannon, or all the others. But don’t let it continue to affect your life. This trial is almost over. She is the kind that belongs in a cell alone, with no one to talk to. No benefits. She acts like an animal. She knew what she did was wrong and yet she is truly crazy. You can see from her actions in court that she loves torturing people. I think the only thing that might upset her would be if HH testified against her and she had to watch her. I just don’t know if that will happen. I hope you will get some rest @imstilla.grandma.
I read the tweets from another child killer trial today, Lori Vallow. There is no end to these evil, evil people.

Earlier this week, while watching on RA's channel it was observed that she actually took tissue, and ripped and rolled pieces to put in her ears. She makes her own. Eww... And I hope she gets a good ear infection too, from all the gross things her hands have been on...and in. Where is our puke emoji!?
Couldn't they just keep juror 12 and make her one of the alternates? I think the judge said at the time that the last ones picked would be alternates, in which case shouldn't she be one anyway of Mr Tolini says she was one of his choices for his last strike?
better thgrow in a pair of shades cos it's her eyes more than her antics that actually scare me, i'm not messing.
I had a very strong response to her when we first discussed her here on wS. just a strong instinct to stay well back. I wouldn't normally be reticent about delving into all kinds of evil psyches but this one repelled me completely.
I saw it again today.
Her eyes.

I just meant I didn’t remember where we were at in the proceedings when I took this screenshot. I meant dismissed for the weekend.
Everyone is standing and looks like some reporters have left.
My wording was confusing Iol
I am trying to wrap my mind about that burnt carpet. Carpets are generally fire retardant. How could it have been burnt so bad?
I can't recall. The infamous video about the candle and the fire, did we hear someone other than the two of them? Was she possibly trying to start a fire near where he fell asleep so he would die? What is the general consensus here?
My mind is going to bad spots. It was hard enough to realize that she killed him with his father's gun. And, now it seems like torture was also happening the night before.
T grabs a pillow from the adjacent chair, not quite sure if she's suggesting the pillow is Gannon or where she's claiming the gun was in relation to Gannon, but it seems obvious to me that T is blurring what she did with what she wants the detective to think Edgjuardo did. And since we know there was no Eguardo there, not in the room, not in her head, that leaves only T. T with a gun. T with a gun and Gannon. And IMO a pillow.
I find this part of her interview chilling because the awful truth is there, in the details.
I was getting ready for work and must have totally missed this - the ME only talked about finding one GSW on Gannon's body and that bullet was recovered from the muscle in his neck - was he actually shot more times? This is perplexing.
