Loving the judge’s lecture to LS. Contempt of court at 6 months in jail per violation wouldn’t be a deterrent when she’s looking at possible years, to life, in prison.

Dealing with the gestures by LS issue now.

They have moved the furniture a bit, they will move it more after lunch.

Judge talking about LS's rights now. "These rights, however, are not without limitation." Talking about her responsibilities, now.

Judge could hold her in contempt for every action, six month per, but understands that this isn't a deterrent when she will be in prison possibly for the rest of her life if found guilty.

She is now in a chair that does not rock or swivel.

Says he can simply have her hands bolted to the underside of the table.

Says she can just be held in the holding room. Will not get to just sit at the jail.

Sounds like the prosecution has a few more questions for Ms Bell, defense has no objection. One more question, but it's being handled at the bench, so we're not privy to it.

Trial has resumed this morning for #LeteciaStauch. She’s the El Paso County woman accused of murdering her stepson, Gannon, in January 2020. I’ll be in the courtroom all day bringing you the latest and most up to date information.


Judge Gregory Werner addressed Letecia’s actions and flipping people off in the courtroom on Friday. He told Letecia, she has the right to be here for her trial, but he will not tolerate that behavior moving forward.
