LS had said Gannon comforted her at GOG because she was sad about Kobe dying, and the news was playing coverage of his death in the background of the video where she is torturing Gannon. It helps with the date as a reference point too.

Text messages now about the 'candle incident'. LS claims she got the dogs and Little sis out, then threw a cover on 'him' and jumped on him. "He is fine, he is scared."

HH was worried because the texts were unclear and she thought the dogs had been burnt. She currently has the dogs.

She had never seen Gannon light a candle.

The texts were confusing and unclear. She was asking for clarification. LS sent her a picture. She thought the fire was on her dog which was named after her late father, and 'had a heart attack' because she was scared for her dog.

Only found out later that the 'him' meant Gannon.

Only some way down the thread was Gannon mentioned.

I think it's just to show that LS is not insane; she's a typical lying liar and a malingerer. She is lying constantly to her own daughter; she is vague with her own daughter.

He's also showing LS's attempts to confuse and basically mesmerize HH with her statements. People who get contradictory incoming information slow down, cognitively, and kids who get that from their own mothers have a very hard time indeed making sense of things.

He is showing why HH found it so hard to understand what was going on.
