He is probably heavily medicated. He looks like a schizophrenic on meds to me. That does NOT mean he was legally insane. At the very least, there is no chance Holmes will ever again be free in society. JMO. MOO.

I'm very familiar with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. His symptoms are more along the lines of bi-polar and anti social anxiety disorder.

Seriously it is just me or is even the way "that guy" was standing while they were reading those infuriating? So dumpy and dumb looking but so evil underneath it all. At least look sorry, look mad, look ANYTHING but dont look like a normal person bored in line at the grocery store. I don't know why but it just makes me mad. Like, don't have the nerve to be indifferent. TBH though anything he was doing would probably have annoyed me.

My brother, retired vice TX PD and special agent IL PD, said JH was probably told to put his hands in pockets when he stands since he does it all the time. There are many reason for this...just think of them.

This level has nothing to do with how they may feel about sentencing..So may become more contagious.....WHen any jury has to decide on guilt or NOT guilty in other cases can be contentious..BUT here they only had ad admit..Yep..and was NOT Insane!! So it may take longer to agree on Sentencing!!

I can say with 100% conviction, the families of ALL victims did NOT want them executed either or crippled for life. I hope he gets the DP and quickly!:moo:

So it will be up to the jury...But Colorado hasn't executed anybody for decades and have a Governor who is against it..so will NOT promote it...
IF assigned DP ( for me ) It may be symbolic..tho known he will never be executed??

AS a Canadian..DP hasn't been on our radar for so long..I forget when our last DP execution was done..likely prior to the '70's??? Just looked it up 1962..LOL

I think the Theater 8 is because he didn't shoot directly at them. That's why 2nd degree is actually the right choice imho. It's still murder.
