Is it common practice to change the standard jury instructions? I don't see why they have them if the defence can come along and change them......

She's either not reading or really trying because she keeps asking to put the same things in over & over & over. Judge said, 'we already have that in twice already'. or she's just stubborn!
I like how during these hearings, Judge already knows defense is going to keep going & object to everything- he says "what else" after each one.

I like how during these hearings, Judge already knows defense is going to keep going & object to everything- he says "what else" after each one.

I love it how the prosecution are sitting quietly letting her make a fool of herself.

See? Judge agreed to add her request, so Orman asked for the same, THEN she says 'we strike that request, we object to what prosecution wants to add'! WOW! Entitled much?
