question......how long after the shooting started and you called 911 did it take for the police to start getting you out of the theater?

she answers if felt pretty quickly.......

Since the defense is objecting to the last witness using the word victim...

How on earth is that anything other than a proper description? Judge clearly said it is...but why would defense object to that?

Defense is doing its best to get judge rule 911 calls are prejudicial.

Wants to keep as much off the record as possible. She knows judge will rule against her, but doesn't want to sit at the table like a bump on a log

I agree; and then play the crazy card for all it's worth. Probably pictures himself in the mental hospital, full of full-good drugs and eating twinkies or something, laughing at everyone.

I am not belittling the truly mentally ill; I have family members who suffer from various forms. But I also know from personal experience how manipulative they can be.
