It's ridiculous! I'm starting to think now they're all just trying to come up with reasons to be dismissed. But if I had already spent this much time in the courtroom for this trial, I'd be pissed if I was dismissed this far in.

There are the first three jurors that were released sometime ago. One received a text message from her husband about the trial. That juror restated what was on the message, the two jurors in the vicinity heard her, thus all three were released.

Why do the attorneys keep talking to JH today? Is it just that I haven't noticed it so much before? It makes me wonder what they are talking about- is there any way they are going to have him take the stand? Surely not. What do they have to say to him? It never seems like he says anything back, just barely nods. When Ben was on the stand, I was wondering if he was saying anything under his breath or something, but with this witness during this sidebar, why the need to talk to him?!

I thought they already had this argument/bench conference about the university emails. Witness gets recalled, groundhog day again!
I wish they would argue some of these in open court because I really don't understand why they are objecting. Geesh!

^^^ Could it be because They have been tasked to defend the indefensible?/ Their only hope is to cause a mistrial..But My Fav. Judge made sure to have huge cushion of juror's..The usual 4-6 alternates expanded to 12..Actually They still have a 7 juror cushion!! Phfftt Defence..No way will they in the next 2 week get 8 juror's booted!!!! I'm confident...Actually think they will be in deliberations before mid-July...And ya all know how karma works?!..Verdict will be by if not on July 19/20th!! That's my prediction!!

Today judge said he expected trial to end in August....

I know..But that's after the sentencing phase..not just the guilt/innocent part..ALL these juror's, at least the final 12 will have to decide life and death IF guilty of murder etc..Tons of other charges!! So yes..that only phase one..so that gives them another month to get sentencing phase done :moo:
