I'm wondering if it's even necessary for any rebuttal by Prosecution?? While they may..Ii don't truly believe it's necessary..Once Woodcock ..their foundation to possible Psychotic mental STATE at time of event that fell big time..all the rest of their case FELL apart!!

I heard via grapevine July 18th Closing should start....since it's June 30th..I have an inkling there may be a short rebuttal?????? Any input??

I think GB said they might need a day or so for rebuttal. The judge added on some time for this.

All defence is doing right now with this witness is emphasizing his RESEARCH into all these mental diseases.....How the hell can this help his case??? Sure he was in Neuroscience Program..But really..In the end it also shows he had full knowledge of symptoms..what's needed and what a Psychiatrist would consider..

Bottomline..Poor JH is just too intelligent for his own good..tho lesser could try to do the same thing..BUT he thus is more culpable in preparations for his defence for his planned mass murder in order to gain value!! SMH
