Because they had no plan "B"...This is just wasting of tax funds and TIME..and the Jury knows it!! Actually it's only proving the State's Case in actual fact..IMO

Let's HOPE than none of us are ever involved in a homicide given our personal researching..LOL This became obvious to me long time ago..But rather comfy I'm not homicidal nor connected to anyone who is...So it's okay so far..unless and of course I have kids who wanted to try to prove I was somehow homicidal or a danger to others..LOL..LOL Ain't going to happen...My kid's know full well what my profession was and continues to be tho retired now..I'm still actively discussing etc (including links to explain my postings) so that will never fly for them....:loveyou:

A lot of us know what you mean. In following the murder cases here , I catch myself googling certain terms like "axe murder", "neck slice", "suffucation", etc.

And I dont even think about it until I stop and think wow.....Wonder if Google is reporting me to homeland security. LOL

If I was on the jury, I would be thinking ... "Is the defense's case so weak that all they can do to create doubt (re: his insanity) is parade every jail employee up there to testify?"

I do that all the time... which just goes to show you the kinds of things I look up.

After the Charleston church shooting, I was reading about the Council of Conservatives website (or whatever it's called) that the shooter apparently posted on frequently and decided to look it up... but then I immediately thought "Oh my God, the government is going to think I'm a white supremacist!" & quickly X'd out of it.
