Hard to see what is going on. Crazy bad picture for us. I hope it is better for the jury. He is a regular busy beaver isn't he?

I did see he went under table. If he's handcuffed, he's trying to get out of them just like in the other video.
He did tell officer he took off his shirt & cut it off? So he must not be restrained. Who knows?
