FWIW, I don't really give IQ scores that much weight. I feel like those tests only show how well one can identify patterns/solve problems.

My IQ score (the last time I took an IQ test) was higher than his, but I'm fairly certain he's much smarter me (as much as I hate to admit it). I guess it just depends on what someone considers "intelligent"... it can mean many different things to many different people.

I'm hearing a lot of deep breathing and sighing....Which mean's he is physically de-escalating..but who knows where his mind is at?? Next thing we'll likely see is a rather sleepy poor responding perp in the next while!!..His ability to respond will become short and sweet..(not unusual for him) but he at this point isn't as high thinking as he was...So will play DUMB..as she knows that...I've seen it happen in my experiences..knowing full well it was the playing of "Possum" to gain time to figure out a plan to deal with whatever....Not uncommon!!!!

Adrenalin letdown takes time to recover from..and JH knew that..and playing Possum was his only avenue ..He needs some sleep..

I've scored well on an IQ test before but I'm totally not very intelligent! I stopped education after high school and have been a stay at home mother for most of the time since.

An IQ of 123, while certainly above average, is not genius. I was expecting a much higher IQ for him.

But so much for his ability to feign Who am I ..where am I...Quite able to recite name, address, phone number..SS number..Psychiatrist, Parent's name, address and Phone#....I'm sorry but psychotic breaks completely disable that ability to recall norm details like that..THIS later portion of video is helping Pros. far more than Def...IMO

It's bizarre. I suppose a person just can't maintain that level of intensity indefinitely. Sooner or later you will just slump and feel wiped out. I imagine he didn't get to sleep for quite some time after the shooting.

Am I correct in thinking that he's listening to the crime scene broadcasts while he's in custody? Can he hear that radio dispatch? If so, why?

I remember someone testified about JH not knowing how many people were killed (or if there were any) until deceased victims were mentioned on the police dispatch. IIRC, they cuffed him and locked him in an officer's car while they continued to triage and assist seriously injured victims at the scene.

All or nothing video being aired to jury..but I sure agree with the above since even after massacre he obviously proved he knew who he was..where he was and WHAT he DID....No out of body psychotic state as Def. is trying to fan clouds to jury about his understanding of right and wrong!!

As to JH being Mentality Ill..Sure..But it's purely in a "Personality Disorder" spectrum..Not psychosis that would deem him Insane ..even an Inch!!
