This expert psychologist is for-hire by public defender's office (may as well just put him on the payroll). That is clearly his expertise according to what we've heard thus far. I'll just toss out his testimony and enjoy the grilling by Mr. B.

BBM Yet another Dr that had no part in assessing JH for sanity, but is presented for 'the limited purpose of determining the defendant's ability to form a culpable mental state based on his plea of NGRI' - or whatever the judge says to the jury when one of these experts testifies (not sure I got it exactly right).

If they're not examining his sanity, what purpose does their testimony serve regarding his sanity? Whether he can take a test? Answer questions a year or two after the murder?
Sorry, I'm just ranting, but really - an hour to go over his credentials when he can't opine about what the jury is there to decide? Gah! JMO, MOO

GB made it a bit more interesting---however, I find I am answering questions before the witness....

That probably is the least of her concerns, the back of her hair. Her hair is clean and neat, probably wears it pulled back and get crimps in it or naturally curly in places. It does not bother me. In fact, I notices All the attornies wear some sort of suit jacket, looks more professional. No strange, low cut dresses, colors etc. In fact a lot of the jackets and suits are the same color, like a uniform. This is the best professional dressed set of lawyers I have seen in some time. The courts must have a dress standard. j m o
