BBM Yet another Dr that had no part in assessing JH for sanity, but is presented for 'the limited purpose of determining the defendant's ability to form a culpable mental state based on his plea of NGRI' - or whatever the judge says to the jury when one of these experts testifies (not sure I got it exactly right).

If they're not examining his sanity, what purpose does their testimony serve regarding his sanity? Whether he can take a test? Answer questions a year or two after the murder?
Sorry, I'm just ranting, but really - an hour to go over his credentials when he can't opine about what the jury is there to decide? Gah! JMO, MOO

Also remember that they brought in that lady in HR that thought he reminded her of her kids with autistic behaviors....this really digging deep

I hope the jury are wise to this. Nobody has denied that JH is mentally ill. I know the prosecution will put things straight in their closing arguments. I can't wait to hear their summing up.
