I can guess what's going on at the bench. Dr Gur is King's pet. He doesn't want Mr B. being harsh with her so is respectfully requesting the judge not allow voir dire.

The defence are very jumpy! Why did they panic when GB stood up?

Holmes is really moving his chair fast while waiting for the lawyers talking with the judge about Dr Gur.

He has been really really good on these!!! I think it was woodchuck?

Oh yeah, That was a thrill to watch.

Before I go to the next page of discussion, just had to comment on this:

But zoey - you've never heard of cuddle fish??!!

:tyou: all that are doing the tweets and discussing what is going on in the courtroom!! Truly appreciated!!

Well, kind of -- it's Cuttlefish, and so, so cute:

cuttlefish3.jpg

The cuttlefish is a small-medium sized mollusc that is found throughout the ocean waters of the world. In the same way as their squid and octopus relatives, cuttlefish have a large, elongated body with tentacles surrounding their mouths. Cuttlefish are found in large numbers throughout the world's ocean waters from the warm, tropical shallows to the cold depths of the deep ocean. Cuttlefish are well known for the "flashing" colours that are displayed on their bodies during fighting and mating. In the same way as squid and octopuses, the cuttlefish also has an ink sack which ejects ink in order to fool oncoming predators.

Boy Dr. Gur is setting up shop up there---Wonder if she realizes that the day is almost over and Mr. King is very very slow in questions........and this sidebar kind of day---she may not need to unpack

Well..Of course she did...I wonder if it was her husband who read all those images she is referring to in her studies that PROVE her POV??? Wanna bet??

Somehow..I think lawyer's are going to spend a lot of time up at Judge's BAR..Maybe someone would donate some "Bar Stools" LOL

If I was Dr Gur, I'd be feeling so unwanted about now.

I didn't watch the entire JA trial but I can see this witness night be troublesome!

In listening to "overruled" while Mr. B is asking her about expert experience, the judge is giving B a lot of room, IMO. I think this may continue since K pulled what he did. We'll see. :)
