Found this about Mr King......

Famously, King represented murderer Sir Mario Owens, who got the death penalty in 2008. At the time, Owens was one of only three people on Colorado’s death row, according to the Associated Press. Owens was found guilty of killing Javad Marshall-Fields and his fiancee Vivian Wolfe back in 2005. Marshall-Fields was about to testify in the murder trial of one of Owens’ friends. In October 2014, speaking to the Denver Post, King admitted to mistakes during the trial, including his own performance in court. He blamed this on his office being overwhelmed.

Gur says there was no discussion about whether to video record her sessions with JH. She did not record them. #theatershooting

Gur is describing one of her slides for Aurora #theatershooting jurors on Tuesday

Why does King keep bringing other people into this testimony? It's about JH! Not previous work she's done!

I feel like a kid in the backseat asking constantly "Are We There YET?" .I just can't listen to Dr. Gur's constant babbling. Back in the day we used the term "Verbal Diarrhea" when describing folks like her verbosity :blushing:

twitterville even stopped complaining about her....painful! I wonder if she realizes that she has lost the battle of people listening to her. It is interesting to begin but she drones on and on and gets no where. Very similar to some discussions I have had with my husband--I eventually tell him to go with short version cause it won't remain in my brain long enough to even matter---

I would love to know how much this Dr is being paid. Is there any way to find out?

She is using big words. It will just put the jury off her.

Sometimes they bring it up---especially when they want to point out "hired gun" theory---

Mr. King needs to reign her in---make her sit down, we are not in a classroom

I wish I had some ice cream. That would make today more enjoyable.

I do believe their remunerations (Pay) is disclosed during testimony. It's either brought out in direct or cross. Whether it's by the hour or fee's collected so far..onto what they make per day/hour in court..You can bet it was a lot of $$$$

King: "We know neurocognitive deficits exist as a result of schizophrenia?"
Dr. Gur: "Yes." anica.padilla

I wonder if she earned more than Dr Reid. He was worth every penny in my opinion.
