I caught it, B didn't. She did not say that she was board-certified in psych. I thought, hmmmm, this could hurt...

SO WHAT Board Certification DOES she have?? I would also question her on her expertise to applied Imagining of brain expertise as well..Is she or isn't she really qualified to even testify on JH's State of Mind (Insanity) as per defence's suggestion???????????

Anyone hear or know of the warning about a patient should only go to Board certified doctors? This is a big deal! I heard King whispering in a panic & he quickly asked to approach!

In listening to "overruled" while Mr. B is asking her about expert experience, the judge is giving B a lot of room, IMO. I think this may continue since K pulled what he did. We'll see.

I think its because GB has this way of sounding relaxed and surprised when he is interacting with witnesses, even if he isn't actually surprised by their answers.

I heard that whisper too. Surely, he knows PT would do their homework! King needs this for hire witness, I guess.
