LMAO!! Judge just chastised the defense again!

She objected again to the ruling of releasing evidence that didn't show up well on the screen to media. Things that have writing on them (each victim has done a diagram of where they were seated, and I am sure this is what this ruling pertains to)

Defense said "I would like some clarification on what this means..."

Judge said "They understood what it meant" (meaning the Prosecution)

And that was the end of that!

He knew at that point he wasn’t an officer - gas mask where gas had been used he knew he was involved

That's pretty scary..that he was standing around watching while police and EMTs were helping people.
