parked nw parking lot, she drove, her and her husband.....

going with friends..........

met them there.......at 10:30.........

walked in together..........theater 9..

it was full......5 of them all together.........three rows where seats start going up.......

luke on aisle, then eugene, kirsten, her and then her husband...

nothing unusual while waiting..........

Witness is going to step down while they look for documentation. Pros. will have to call new witness.

heard explosion and saw gunfire about 10 minutes in....

flashes of light.........

got down on ground and waited it out...

all of them......waited on her back, her husband is azan avila....(sp?)

could hear movie still playing, water bottle in holder exploded, got wet....

it was very loud, had been hunting with her dad once, screaming at first, then quiet.........couldn't see anything, completely dark...

eugene told us to get up........went to emer. exit.

couldn't find door, then when we did, pushed so hard, fell out door,.......

got up and all got out........afterwards noticed eugene limping and husband injured......his right leg was bloody....

luke helped husband and another man helped too.........

went all the wayyy down sidewalk........

could see injuries, bleeding heavily.....blown apart.....

no injuries on her.......none on kirsten..

eugene laying on stomach , there was blood on him

luke had none...

empty at back of theater at first...

wife was injured too of people that came with us.........

woman came up that was a nurse from florida and took my shirt and helped husband.....

came up and put husband on stretcher and drove away...

didn't get to go with him.....wandered around parking lot......

observed the woman and eugene.......

went to gas station first........trying to get to denver health.......

got to hospital, didn't find husband, went to swedish medical....

his family was there, found out he was getting out of surgery, was able to see him, his leg was bandaged, attached to IV's,

she noticed something sharp in head.....nurse said it was shrapnel....it fell out over time.......

2. Adan Avila -- counts 26 and 84

3 GSWs to right leg and left arm, resulting in amputation of right leg. Laid on top of wife Jennifer to protect her. Friends helped out of theater and he said his bones “were sticking out everywhere.” At theater with wife Jennifer.

3. Jennifer Avila-Arredondo -- counts 75 and 131

GSW to head resulting in minor injuries, at theater with husband Adan Avila.
