The judge has viewed the next video and is stating that the video is not particularly predjucial given the magnitude of the charges, and the sentencing options in this case, and that the potential for predjudice is outweighed by the probative value of the video evidence.
He says the next video will not be narrated by the witness. He allowed that to aid the Jury in viewing. He also recaps something he said before which was WTTEO they don;t have to take the witnesses word for what he narrated as seeing> They can accept it or reject it as they choose.
So for example, they don't have to accept his word that the person being pointed out and identified as Holmes, was in fact Holmes.
