SO, this house hasn't sold since 2000. Bet his father LOVES having his address out there like that! Oh well!

ETA - guess it was out there before. It took a bit more looking to find it.

Even if the house has not been sold, this probably is no longer the father's address. Has it been determined if the father is still living there, or if the home is even occupied now?

So, here I am now only to learn we are on extended lunch. Catching up and here for the remainder of the day.

Well, it hasn't been listed for sale since 5/30/00, which is when it was last sold. Considering how the California housing market has gone since then, IMO, I would think if it was an empty house it would have been at least listed to try to sell. That isn't proof though, which is what you are asking for. I don't have that.

where does Holmes go when the case is on break or lunch?

He does not leave the courtroom during the breaks, according to 7NEWS Reporter Marshall Zelinger. He is most likely put in a holding cell at the court house during lunch.
