CO - James Holmes Trial Discussion - Begins April 27, 2015 # 2

He was doing everything he could to appear crazy!!

But I still think it was all an act.

With everything I have read about this case...still not sure if it's an act or insane. Did not his parents/family notice anything 'strange' about his actions? So much planning went into this...how can he be insane and plan all the details? I need hear from the defense before I can decide if he was insane at the time. So many questions, so little answers....

Background on FBI Bomb Technician Garrett Gumbinner: Testified at preliminary hearing that fires and explosions would have resulted from the combinations of napalm, gasoline, gun powder and bullets inside Holmes' apartment. Gumbinner said that Holmes told him the goal was to get officers to set off the booby traps and draw most of the first responders in Aurora to Paris Street.

Not injured by gunfire, leg injury -- tore ligaments in knee while trying to flee. Got married 2 weeks before shooting to Denise Traynom. Currently suing Century 16 theater.
Count 27: Attempted Murder in the 1st degree after deliberation
Count 85: Attempted Murder in the 1st degree extreme indifference
