FBI Agent Gumbinner had not spoken with the gunman when he searched/cleared the car behind the theater. "I believe he mentioned he had IEDs" to other officers, Gumbinner said.

FBI Agent Gumbinner said the gunman did not have a passport in his car. In preliminary hearings, other investigators said the gunman had 2 passports in the apartment (which was rigged to explode.)

FBI Agent Gumbinner said the gunman left a blow torch on the bathroom floor, but it was not connected to anything. There was nothing hidden in the bedroom, Gumbinner said.
