Wow. The Prosecution is sure moving very fast in this trial.
I hope the defense doesnt slow things down when it is their turn.

Just an observation...and I fully admit I am not a regular trial watcher.
But I really like the way the State is presenting it's case.
They are breaking them up...not calling just victims all day long. Not calling just cops all in a row.
It would be overwhelming to listen to either all day. Which could allow jurors to start to tune out. At the same time - as I was educated here - it is giving everyone their chance to have their story heard.
Just very well presented from my perspective, which of course, doesn't mean a darn thing! LOL!

ETA - to be fair, I have no idea why they are doing it that way. It was just an observation I made...it is really funny that you made the same observation I did at the same time!

BACKGROUND: Wong is listed in the APD 2013 Awards and Commendations report as a recipient of several of the Century-16-related awards. Some of the awards list a "Bobby Wong" and others list "Robert Wong" but I think those both pertain to him.

APD Officer Robert Wong said he went into Theater 8: "The last few people were coming out... we could see the bullet holes from the next theater... see the light and gas coming through the holes."

My understanding is the prosecution mixes it up in order to prevent jury boredom and disinterest, as a result of tedious repetition.

went to back of theater to take female to triage center......
talked to black male........informed he was still alive, put him in back of suv and took him to aurora south........saw blood on him,
his name was stephon moton (sp?)
went back to theater.......had gas mask on top of head, set it down directly outside of theater 9 on trash cans........walked away from it, came back to retrieve it a minute or two........
realized the one he picked up was not his, had a wire hanging down.......set it down where it was and guarded it.......
he's a low talker........can barely hear him............
