This judge is confident in his rulings....not terrified of the "A" word....appeal....like Sherry is/was. Her fear paralyzed her brain.

also attended bomb school at redstone arsenal in huntsville, alabama.....same as special agent from fbi that already testified.....

ArapCo Bomb Squad Commander Anselmi: "I got there sometime between 1:30 and 1:40."

I never caught this..But do they actually even know at this point who are alternates versus decision making juror's yet? I alway thought juror's going into deliberations was a lottery after both sides close, give closings and the Judge charges the jury??? Did I miss something? TYIA

I ask that because this juror who knows ( for short time span) may never actually be part of the deliberating juror's...
The juror's don't know now if they are alternates. Only The judge knows now. Most jurors are picked by lottery at the end of the trial.

worked with bomb team leaders until 8:00 am until sure all clear on site re: vehicle and theater

came back at 10:00 am and told to clear victims inside for hazardous items........anything the shooter had thrown that might not have exploded

did so w/himself and 4 others.......went inside.....checked first five....rotate out....checked next five.....

pick up, move them....repeat....

@7Marshall

Awful. ArapCo Bomb Squad had to check area around victims in #TheaterShooting for explosives before coroner could remove bodies.

So the judge decides on who is actually going to be the jury that deliberates at the end of the trial? How does he choose?
