HHMMMM...what was Ms. Spangler's point of all of that?

His license plate wasn't obscured and it was registered to him. He didn't have camping equipment, or a passport or cash. There was only one set of spikes.

So she is saying he wasn't going to run. OK. Did someone somewhere intimate he was going to run?? Did Mrs. Teesch-Maguire seem to say that with her line of questioning???

BTW, that license plate comment does bring up a question. It was registered to him. Apparently that is what Ms. Spangler is saying.

But the license plate was a Tennessee plate. Has there ever been an explanation for that? What ties did JH have to Tennessee??

These murderers all do seem to have a gas can, dont they. Seems a little uncanny.

We have Casey Anthony, Jodi Arias, James Holmes that I can think of where gas cans became a part of the case evidence.
Any others that anyone can think of.

With the JH case glad he didnt burn up the whole theatre.

Interesting explanation from Marshall on TheDenverChannel

The reason that there was mention of the "bluish green" or "greenish blue" tape on the clip found at the theater - based on his watching trials over the years - is that there was also the same color tape found at his apartment, and they are linking things found at the crime scene and his apartment.

I always find that kind of stuff interesting. Not really sure it is necessary in THIS particular trial, since like the Boston Bombing trial, the defense has admitted JH is the one and only guilty party. But it is still interesting to see why things are done.

The tag of the tactical gear was shown, with a manufactured date of 7/9/12.

10 days before this tragedy happened!

Is that stuff custom made? Anyone know?
