Did Marshall just say we are getting an early day today - the for woman who broke her tooth? At 4:30? Or was it another day?

@Judy80zinTX oh my god FFS. One more dumb question and Judge is gonna give em the heave ho! lmao #JamesHolmes
While I really don't find any fault with the question..BUT what it does expose is total ignorance of job/tasking/expertise.specialty of each and every witness....FOr example..If I had to go in and draw blood or start IV..I wouldn't be assessing's patient's total body health..But may note his interactive ability..what he was wearing or how cognitive they were during interactions....Of course I would take note of clothing location  So I would never make fun of but only point out lack of definitions of ROLE..
Having said that tho..Do laypeople really believe that every single person is responsible to assess every single thing during their interaction?? Do they really believe IF they didn't that investigation was lacking??? That's what any defince team wants a jury to believe..BUT that isn't reality!!
Well, he bought black contacts during his shopping spree!!! And then posted selfies of him wearing them!!!Well at least one juror is listening..asking questions about contacts...LOL Not a worry..We have a jury actually listening the the evidence!!!!
I recall as a Trauma nurse..with BF who wore contacts..I always inquired about Contact lenses inplace when trauma victim came in..(as IF left in place under anesthesia could cause huge problems IF left in without proper care/removal!!!!) Some just "Never thought of that" In my business..it's the collective experiences that make a great team effort when caring for patients :happydance:
I am going to respond to this with a question for y'all!
When put on a jury, especially this jury, do they have to answer if they know anything about it already?
For example, could that juror have remembered the reports of him playing puppet with his sock?????
If they can have prior knowledge, I would almost be willing to bet money that is why that questioned was asked!
You may be right there ..although I don't specifically recall that..But of course I don't recall the Prosecution's every single word..But's thinking about it..maybe pros. mentioned it ..from some witness who may have observed it..not necessarily from that situation..but from how he acted while in jail..WHo knows...???
I know they ask that question about prior exposure of information surrounding case..however, can they put it aside comes next..then if say Yes..depending of other answers during voir dire of juror...
I don't know if it means I am dumb or something...LOL!
But I have such a hard time following testimony like this!!!
