I feel as though his attorneys know they can't deny anything he has done so they just try to muddy the waters instead. I don't understand a lot of their questioning. Of course that could just be me - I'm not a lawyer

They play white noise but being in a court room, you can overhear some of what is said when they approach.

eta.............ooooohhhhhh she said "a" courtroom, not "this" courtroom......then i concur.....been in many a courtroom where i feared being overheard......but not in this one honey, they about blow my eardrums out every time before they mute it because i have on headphones :hilarious:

I remember when these guys were disarming that apt. It took them days to render it safe enough for the complex dwellers to return to their apartments. Those people must have been totally shocked to believe such evilness was living in their midst!!

The def. attorney by going thru all these devices..replaying those IED's only accentuated the evilness of that whole plan to hurt, maim and kill innocents...

:gasp: To think he put bullets inside those bottles with napalm inside reminds me how deeply his conviction was to hurt and kill. Distraction is one thing..but the true actual affect is quite another!!!

I had headphones in the first time I heard it and I jumped out of my skin! I must have looked horrified as my husband showed great concern lol!

in your exp/training had the jars w/the napalm exploded would it have sprayed them everywhere? yes

what was in the orange bottles laying near the fire cage shells? don't know

what was the blinking item? several things.....rear portion of bike was one (reflector)

Jury question: Had the jars with the rifle ammo and napalm caught fire what would happen?
Sgt. Gerdeman: The bullets would fire all over.

What would trip the booby-trap fishing line?
Sgt. Gerdeman: Somebody would have to push on the line.
Jury question: How did you know it was safe for the robot to open the door?
Sgt. Gerdeman: We didn't. If something happens to the robot we can replace it. We can't replace a human.
