Hearsay. And then the prosecutor asked additional foundation questions. Judge asked if those additional questions resolved her objection. Nope. Hence this current sidebar.

The additional questions had to do with how the order is communicated to International Armour. I think that this particular witness doesn't actually place the order with International Armour...so it is hearsay he ordered it.

Or something like that.

Sustained in part and part objected. Part of exhibit entered into record.

yep, just a guy running a website, to make money. I would be sickened if LE called me & told me something I sold from my online business was used in a mass murder! I can't imagine!
