Pros - Can’t fathom why they’re objecting how bodies were moved. I guess they’re supposed to magically appear in room.

Judge Samour says both sides are "partially right" and says that if a fact is something that has already been testified about, it may qualify for a cumulative objection. He says the sides will need to make their objections at the appropriate times.

Samour: Says he believes evidence about moving and identifying the victims is relevant but "the prosecution should not belabor the point" and same thing with fingerprint or other identification evidence.

Good morning all!

I can't help posting as I'm listening on a little wifi speaker, using bluetooth on my computer which doesn't "reach" to where I am right now. Came to my computer "hotspot" to say that this is a GREAT judge/trial for first time followers :moo: as he is such a good jurist and is quick on his feet for rulings (as was HHJP for Caylee and NOT JSS for Travis), and did quite a bit prior to trial also in preparation.

It also has an aspect of a trial which I find very insightful, and that is this is a trial which allows jury questions. (as was the Travis trial).

As others have said, enjoy the courtroom with this judge.
