Good Morning, Y'all...Happy Beautiful Tuesday Morning!

My housekeeper/helper comes today, and we have to go grocery shopping. I was going to try to do it on their lunch break, but timing isn't going to work. Not that I am much help anyway...since I only post my personal thoughts. LOL!!

But if someone wants to PM me and tell me how to do tweets...I would be more than happy to pick up the slack on most days whenever y'all are busy or just need a break. I CANNOT do what cujenn81 did. I type fast, but that was crazy good! :loveyou:

Juror #983 wants to talk to Judge...being brought in now.

His juror # was turned into his payroll at his job. He is concerned that he is no longer anonymous.

Judge asks if he thinks that people probably already guessed he was on the jury. He says most likely.

Judge says that it's OK. Just don't talk about it, etc. Keep his admonishments.

The people call Dylan Thomas Bieniulis, project management assistant at an analytically testing lab in Arvada, Colo. Previously worked at The Science Company in Denver.

Dylan Thomas Bieniulis worked at The Science Company, which is just down the street from our 7NEWS studio. We've heard it mentioned before as the place where the defendant bought chemicals including glycerin.

Really? As in not timely? I can see how that would have been a problem that night. The witness last night (I think) said he had surgery the next morning at like 6am. He was shot in the leg. I would assume the operating rooms/surgeons were all busy on more critical patients.

Do you have anymore info on this?
