Did he dye his hair so that everyone who saw him would remember him? It's like he wanted the fame and notoriety that would come along with this terrible crime.

I’m thinking that the prosecution should’ve just gone ahead & accepted jh plea to guilty with life in prison w/o parole. Just put his evil arse in prison to waste away. I’m not against the DP but now he is going with an insanity defense farce, with a chance to spend time in a hospital instead!
He’s now able to make an expensive trial for the state, & all the tragedy & he gets to relive his plot.

I remember reading that he considered attacking an airport but decided against it as he was worried he would be labeled a terrorist. Surely this thought process shows that he knew exactly what he was doing. How can he say he was out of his mind!

I think someone said that the jury won't ever get to hear that he was willing to plead guilty. That's such a shame!

I just read that. It seems they are quite proficient in 'saving' people from the death penalty.

Does anyone think JH will end up on death row?
