This case in particular has brought me out of the shadows for all kinds of reasons. I did want to share a link to an article about the insanity sentencing. The chance of him getting out of the hospital one day seems very likely. The average stay, at the Pueblo hospital he would go to, before sanity is found to be "restored" is only 8 years.

If this is the case, I hope the jurors are made COMPLETELY AWARE of this!! I really do hope that they are made aware that he could very likely walk around a free man in a relatively short amount of time.

I just can't see anyone being OK with that!

Actually I appreciate the change of pace inserting these two other witnesses THEN bring back CSI witness..I like her very much..but eyes do glaze over with the overwhelming volume alone this defendant sprayed through that theatre!! Mr. Brauchler made his obligatory silly comment at the beginning of questioning, which I interpret as a way to make the witness more comfortable...something like "Google? I have never heard of that. What is it?"

The witness then proceeded to explain in a very serious tone. LOL!!

ITA~ This is a nice break from the testimony this morning. I get that they have to do that but, I had a very hard time following it.

I guess one could be paranoid..but there should be no fear IF one is conducting a lawful lifestyle. I'm worried about the search engine side of things because of following trials I search things that could be mis-construed...:facepalm: If something ever happen to myself or anyone I know...LOL
