I think he doesn't understand computers...so is confused about the business procedures....maybe he didn't understand the "new setup" the first time around.

I think the question could have been worded a lot differently. I was struggling to work out what was being asked!

Edson finally gets the motorcycle training invoice admitted, this time without King's objection

The next day?? Which means it was while his apartment was still able to explode, etc. I cannot fathom for the life of me what this is about!!!

Is this something we don't know about? Which is why Mr. King trying so hard to keep it out???

They are talking about June 20th...not July 20th

OK, so 2 day course June 23/24

Right. That is when the course was signed up for.

But LEO came to this witness the day after "the incident" (his words).

Why would THIS piece of information be so important that they needed to contact him right away? That just seems weird to me...

That's it?? Man, I am more confused than ever about this witness!

  • #527
Defence trying to say the boots were for this motorcycle course and not the shooting.

What happened to the witness (Kelly) recognized by a jury member? Did he get to testify?

IMHO with this tragedy, it was all hands on board to go to all places after they got the information from the mastercard purchases to ensure that they didn't miss anything perhaps from cameras or records etc? :moo: jmho and all that jazz.

King asks Erikson if motorcycle students are required to have boots. Sturdy footwear, yes. Jury has questions

Jury wanted to know whether classes were for street motorcycles or off-road. Street. Judge calls a 17-minute break

They said they may call him at a later date.

Well, he was of right mind and logical at that time Mr. Defense atty

Maybe they used everybody possible to hunt down leads. They probably want to know if he had a motorcycle stashed somewhere for a getaway?

Court resumes 3:35 pm (eastern time :giggle:)

Another thought is that when they got the records from mastercard the "day after the incident" they only saw Iron Buffalo Training... and the head guy said WTF is Iron Buffalo Training? Go get the information as that might be tactical training (vs. googling first) and therefore his underlings headed to interrupt his Flipper show!

LMAO! I am so glad that tickled you as much as it did me!

But yeah, I can see that. Thanks!

Sadly, we really have no idea what he did with that "purchase" - did he take the course? Why? What was his plan?

Since we didn't get any of those answers...in my head, until otherwise corrected, he was planning on taking off on a Police Motorcycle. (But I will keep that to myself...since there is absolutely ZERO foundation for that!) But I need answers in my head...

I can't get over how much money he spent. I bet Mom and Dad had to pay his credit cards...
