I was reading over on some other trial threads today so I missed some here. I'll have to go back and read myself later. I was just wondering if the Judge is still explaining why he ruled certain ways on the objections?
I like that he does that

I read this yesterday....

Investigators believe the shooter fired his shotgun inside the theater only six times — that’s how many spent shotgun shells were found on the theater’s floor. But, as Fyles recounted the injuries of each of the 82 victims — killed and injured — named in the charges, it became clear how much damage those six shots did.

At least three of the slain victims and 22 of the wounded were hit with shotgun pellets, according to Fyles’ testimony. That means, of the 70 people hit with gunfire in the theater, more than a third of them were shot during the six blast

Its shocking how much damage was done with just 6 shots from the shotgun

Miller helped ID the suspect's firearms at the crime scene and make them safe.

He's testifying about a Glock handgun found in the passenger door of JH's car. Located inside a holster in door pocket.

Kizzar said he thought the gunman's weapon would jam. Gunman didn't seem very experienced with weapons. Defense objects.

Kizzar said the weapon sounded like an M-16, which is equivalent to an AR-15. He had experience with it in the Army
