It's weird I just saw (when the Jury exited) JH stand up, sit down and stand up again and it didn't appear he had any sort of handcuffs on. No difficulty with the motion. I'm sure he has to have something restraining him other than the two Sheriffs sitting nearby. Maybe leg shackles and or waist shackles? :waitasec:

Oh wow, thanks!

So I see you got your answer Benny :happydance: Perhaps the flex-release of his tether wasn't re-leased fast enough...LOL JH usually never stands up when Jury leaves..but Does as soon as they have left..So likely caught those guards not paying attention...Haaa Haaa..or perhaps reminding JH he's under complete control NOW!! Or perhaps JH is just clumsy

I tweeted Jen's Trial Diaries and asked what the relevance of the Target video was. She said it was only to show his orange hair.

The security guard at target worked there in July and August 2012. That's as much as I've found out about the time frame of the video.

No additional questions for Special Agent Roberts, but jury may have questions

Why does the jury care how much the guns weigh? That wouldn't even be an issue for me! We aren't talking about a 92 pound weakling here! Is there some doubt in one of their minds that he could carry all of them at one time?

  • #835
Roberts did not count rounds in the Glock, doesn't know weight of either weapon

Jury had a few questions.. Roberts didn't know answers.

The people call Lisa Pavlovich, Assist. Store Manager at Best Buy at time in question

I have to admit some of the jury questions confuse me.
