I believe he used the shot gun first. IMO, I believe he figured he could get the most injured with the pellets...and then use the rifle to end their lives.

I believe when his rifle jammed, he used his hand gun. I could be wrong.

iirc, yes. That was stated by one person the order you have. Yeppers about the shooting. Loved the dig by the witness the other day that he knew the gunman was inexperienced and waited for him to jam.

The Judge - while giving advisements - said if people persist in talking to you about the case, have them call me. I will deal with them!

LMAO!!!

@larryryckman: Judge is dismissing #theatershooting jury early. They have a 4-day weekend. He is reminding them of his advisements. Don't discuss, etc.

Something I want to address...and see if someone knows one way or another for sure!

There was discussion about his medications earlier. One mentioned was "citrulline" - which is an amino acid used by bodybuilders (not saying only use, but this is the most common)

However, I am seeing some saying "Sertraline"

Which is actually Zoloft!!!!

I think they would sound similar/the same in pronunciation.

I am thinking this medication was actually Zoloft and not the amino acid.

Is there a way to verify this one way or another???

He does great advisements! Also, he's aware of Holiday weekend and knows that folks will want to ask the jurors stuff. :moo:

Love this judge! Love his openness and how he states case law/references etc.

I'll post the timeline after court today as I've gone back and corrected/added a bit! I was going to do Tuesday am...but thought folks might want to discuss over weekend

:seeya:

Have a great holiday everyone!

Judge has been keeping an eye on the 'sleepy' juror.

Said she puts her head down but is in fact looking at her notepad.
