Judge is allowing the emails.
Just speculating.
I wonder if he was hinting at his shooting and basically telling her that nobody will ever know where he was planning his attack or on whom.
I think it was smart of the school to deactivate his college ID. He may have been targeting the school and maybe after he realized he could not access certain places maybe he decided on the public theatre.
"When James Holmes' psychiatrist warned campus police at the University of Colorado how dangerous he was, they deactivated his college ID to prevent him passing through any locked doors."

But what about those magazines loaded with 13 bullets each ..What would happen to them if fire engulfed the apartment? I'm not a gun enthusiast so just don't know what would happen to them??? Maybe a stupid question..
So she warned the campus police that he was dangerous but not local LE? That makes me so angry! Don't let him on campus but leave him to do whatever he wants to the city instead?!
Thank you for explaining that Hatfield. I don't know anything about guns either and I appreciate you taking the time to explain.
SO, the discussion on TDC says that the notebook will be released with other evidence tomorrow...
