The judge looks a lot different than he looks on my tiny little screen I am watching the trial on. Thanks for posting that link! Nice to see their faces close up!

Ms Spengler doesn't look like I thought she would. She kind of looks grumpy. Maybe its just a poor photo of her.

I've noticed that the prosecution doesn't use the paper diagram now. They seem to prefer the model to show where the victims were sitting. Plus the defence were objecting that using the paper and the model was cumulative.

He was shot on the left side of his neck below his ear. Exit wound on the back as bullet split in two. He demonstrates.

Next #theatershooting witness: Lasamoa Cross, a student at the University of Colorado in Denver. She's a shooting survivor.

She went with boyfriend AJ Boik, one of 12 #theatershooting victims.

She saw gunman toss tear-gas canister underhand over moviegoers' heads. Canister landed about 2 rows back. It hissed.

She turned around and saw people screaming and yelling and jumping over seats

Cross: "AJ told me we needed to go. He grabbed my hand. I took 2 steps and he hit the ground."

Cross is showing jurors where she sat with AJ Boik.

"I thought he fainted." She thought the gas had knocked AJ out. Then "I jumped over him and held his head in my arms."

Cross: "I could feel this hot thick liquid in my hands. ... I concluded it was blood." She screamed and yelled for help

She's crying as she describes trying to move AJ. He was too heavy. "I wanted to get him out of the theater but I couldn't do it alone."

She dragged him toward the door and leaned him against the wall. He was completely unresponsive. "I said everything is going to be OK."

She was covered in blood, on her face, all over her body. Her only injury was a scratch on her knee. It was AJ's blood

Yes CO does..In fact the defence admits JH did all these horrific things..however..They are trying to save him from Death Penalty..claiming "Insanity".. Hope that helps ya :seeya:

Im surprised someone doesnt lunge at him to try to choke him out. I know the Bailiff would probably intervene but it would be very tough not to try to get at him after the damage he caused friends and loved ones.

I think the seating arrangements are really bad. It seems they should have the defense swap and sit where the Prosecution is on the other side.
